How do I process a return or exchange?

  • Enter your order number & email address above & click START
  • Follow the instructions & select the items you need to return or exchange
  • You will recieve a confirmation email with return shipping instructions once the return request is approved

 

What items are eligible for a return or exchange?

You can return or exchange your items within 14 days of your order being fulfilled.

  • Items must be in their original condition
  • Clothing must unwashed & unworn: free of makeup, perfume, pet hair or any wear & tear  
  • Tees will not be eligible for a return or an exchange if you have chosen to alter it with one of our 'chop it up' options 

Vintage pieces, limited edition creations & sale items are not returnable or exchangable - no exceptions. 

Are there any charges for a return or exchange?

  • You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If your returned item is deemed unfit for a refund or an exchange, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you or you will not receive a refund for your return nor will a new item be shipped home to you 

 

How soon will I recieve my refund or exchange?

  • Once your return is received & inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed & a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 5-10 days
  • If your exchange is approved, your new item or size will be shipped home to you ASAP
