HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED HOME?

Much care is put into personally packaging your goodies. Orders can be shipped out as early as next day, but PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS.

HOW DOES LOCAL PICK-UP WORK?

We are now able to offer local pick-up as an option @ checkout for all of our local shoppers. Your order will be packed up @ the HQ free of charge & we'll email you as soon as it's ready for pick-up! Our current pick-up hours are Tuesday-Thursday from 9-1. If your order is not picked up within 2 weeks of fulfillment, you risk the chance of your order being cancelled.

HOW DO RETURNS WORK?

You will have 14 days after your order has been fulfilled to notify us of any dissatisfaction with your order.

NO EXCHANGES. RETURN FOR REFUND OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

Once your your return has been approved, you will have an additional 7 days to get the item back to us.

Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer. You will be refunded for the item value only once the return has made it back to us in its original condition and you will not be refunded any shipping costs spent on the order originally. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will not not receive a refund for your return.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF CLOTHING HAS BEEN WASHED OR WORN OR IF HANG TAG HAS BEEN REMOVED. 

Your order will not be eligible for a return if you have chosen to crop it.

International orders will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. 

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery via email at hello@hubsandhers.com. Your email must include your name, order number & a photograph providing proof of damage. If the exterior packaging is damaged, you must also provide proof of the envelope or box. In order to receive a replacement item, the damaged item must be returned with the hang tag attached & item must not be washed or worn.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS MISSING?

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered, but it has not in fact been delivered, you must first contact USPS for more information. After you contact USPS, please contact us within 21 days of notice of delivery via email at hello@hubsandhers.com - please include your name, order number & the information USPS has provided you about your delivery in your email. In order to receive a replacement order or a store credit, we must ask you to follow the steps above.

 

CAN I PURCHASE HUBS & HERS AT WHOLESALE?

The majority of the products we offer on our site are available to purchase wholesale. If you are interested in carrying the ultimate his & hers line in your boutique, let's chat!

CAN VINTAGE BE RETURNED?

Vintage is final sale and cannot be returned. So the short answer is NO, however, we understand how stressful shopping a Hubs & Hers vintage release can be and how quickly you have to throw these guys in your cart before they sell out. If you discover that you have made a mistake before your vintage order been shipped home to you, please contact us immediately via email at hello@hubsandhers.com. You may be able to cancel your order with a $15 restocking fee.

 

HOW DOES A MYSTERY SALE WORK?

All of the pieces in our Mystery Sales are there because they are too damaged to be sold at full price but too beautiful not to find forever homes. The damages could include: misprints, small holes, misc. stains or returned items. All Mystery Sale pieces are always final sale & are ineligible for returns.

If you leave a request in the notes section of your order, we will do our best to fulfill it however it is only a request & it is never guaranteed.

 

CAN LIMITED EDITION HOLIDAY ITEMS BE RETURNED?

That depends, our Limited Edition Holiday pieces are only eligible for a return before a certain date. Our Limited Edition VDAY Collection will only be eligible for return by February 1st. After 2/1 all of our Limited Edition VDAY Collection is Final Sale - NO EXCEPTIONS. Your return request must be submitted by February 1st in order to be eligible for return. Any return request submitted after February 1st will not be eligible for a return & will not be approved - no exceptions.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

HELL YES. We love to ship internationally; however, it works much different than domestic shipping.

There is a possibility that there may be duties added to you order by customs that will need to be paid prior to delivery or pick up from your local post office. We do our best to avoid these added duties, but it is out of our control. International orders will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
