PLEASE NOTE. Our products have been created with love by myself & Mr Farina. You are receiving hand crafted pieces, some of which are one-of-a-kind and may have small imperfections.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED HOME?

Much care is put into personally packaging your goodies. Orders can be shipped out as early as next day, but PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 WEEKS FOR SHIPPING & HANDLING. If your package does happen to arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to replace any damaged items.

HOW DO EXCHANGES/RETURNS WORK?

You will have 48 hours after delivery to notify us of any dissatisfaction with your order. Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer and items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. You will be refunded for the item only once the return has made it back home to us. You will not be refunded any shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF CLOTHING HAS BEEN WASHED OR WORN. 

If you are simply interested in exchanging your item for another size, don't hesitate to shoot us an email so we can fix this! 

*International orders will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges 

CAN VINTAGE BE RETURNED?

Vintage is final sale and cannot be returned. So the short answer is NO, however, we understand how stressful shopping vintage can be and how quickly you have to throw these guys in your cart before they sell out. If you discover that you have made a mistake before your vintage order been shipped home to you, please contact us immediately via email at hubsandhers@gmail.com.  You may be able to cancel your order with a $15 restocking fee.
