HOW TO: Returns & Exchanges


HOW DO EXCHANGES & RETURNS WORK?

You will have 14 days after your order has been fulfilled to notify us of any dissatisfaction with your order.

CLICK HERE to move forward with processing a return or exchange.

Once your your return/exchange has been approved, you will have an additional 7 days to get the item back to us.

Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer. You will be refunded for the item only once the return has made it back to us in its original condition. You will not be refunded any shipping costs whatsoever. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will not not receive a refund for your return.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED IF CLOTHING HAS BEEN WASHED OR WORN. 

Your order will not be eligible for a return or an exchange if you have chosen to alter an item with one of our add-on 'chop it up' options - such as 'basic crop', 'muscle tee' or 'groovy cut'. 

International orders will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. 

CAN VINTAGE BE RETURNED?

Vintage is final sale and cannot be returned. So the short answer is NO, however, we understand how stressful shopping a Hubs & Hers vintage release can be and how quickly you have to throw these guys in your cart before they sell out. If you discover that you have made a mistake before your vintage order been shipped home to you, please contact us immediately via email @ hubsandhers@gmail.com.  You may be able to cancel your order with a $15 restocking fee.
