HOW TO: Returns & Exchanges


HOW DO EXCHANGES & RETURNS WORK?

You will have 7 days after delivery to notify us via email of any dissatisfaction with your order. Once you have contacted us & your return/exchange has been approved, you will have an additional 7 days to get the item back to us.

Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer. You will be refunded for the item only once the return has made it back home to us. You will not be refunded any shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

If you are simply interested in exchanging your item for another size, don't hesitate to shoot us an email so we can help ya out! 

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF CLOTHING HAS BEEN WASHED OR WORN. 

Your order will not be eligible for a return or an exchange if you have chosen to alter an item with one of our add-on cut options. 

International orders will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges 

CAN VINTAGE BE RETURNED?

Vintage is final sale and cannot be returned. So the short answer is NO, however, we understand how stressful shopping a Hubs & Hers vintage release can be and how quickly you have to throw these guys in your cart before they sell out. If you discover that you have made a mistake before your vintage order been shipped home to you, please contact us immediately via email @ hubsandhers@gmail.com.  You may be able to cancel your order with a $15 restocking fee.
