we do not offer exchanges at this time - only returns. orders will be eligible for return up to 14 days after fulfillment, as long as the item was not cropped, the hang tag is still attached & the item has not be washed or worn.

much care is put into personally packaging your orders so PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 2 WEEKS for your order to be shipped or ready for pick up

we offer local pick-up @ the Hubs & Hers HQ as an option for all of our local shoppers. pick-up orders are not processed quicker than online orders, but they are packed up free of charge. we'll email you as soon as you can swing by the HQ & pick it up.
